A useful study/teaching tool

Those familiar with Norton editions know what to expect: a judicious sampling of contextual material (letters by the author, samples of his shorter works in a similar vein, 19th c. reviews of the original publication), critical essays from over the years, and of course a complete edition of the work in question. It's a handy work to have, though the volume of secondary material makes it a bit unweildy as a reading copy.
